Bespoke Wedding Stationery

After our initial call, I will provide you with a tailored quote depending on both the design collection you choose & your printing specifications - including quantities, finishes, and materials. Every step, from initial concept to printing and final delivery, is expertly managed for you, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience.

I offer three bespoke stationery collections, each crafted to reflect your story and style:

• The Announcement Collection - from £750 for design only
• The Statement Collection - from £2,000 for design only
• The Masterpiece - from £3,500 for design only

Think of these collections as the beginning of the conversation, rather than a fixed formula. Every commission is bespoke, with the flexibility to tailor the details, explore additional artwork & create a stationery suite that’s personal to you.

Full details of what's included in each collection can be found here. Most couples I work with spend anywhere between £2,500-£5,000+ on their full bespoke stationery suite (design & printing included for invitations, save the dates & on-the-day pieces) for 100+ guests.

I specialise in designing hand-painted, bespoke wedding stationery that’s as unique as your love story. I mainly design:

• Invitations
• Save the Dates
• On-the-day stationery (i.e. menus, escort cards, table plans, welcome signs, order of service booklets, place names, bar menus, wedding weekend itineraries, favour labels, & more)
   

Beyond the essentials, your bespoke suite can also include envelope liners, cocktail hour menus, RSVP cards, details cards, reserved signs, thank you cards, vow books, and guest book covers.

Creating bespoke wedding stationery is a deeply personal process, and I want to ensure we have the time to bring your vision to life with care and creativity. Because of this, I take on only 3 bespoke suites per month, with slots booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once we’ve agreed on your design concept, I’ll schedule your dedicated design week in my diary. During this time, I’ll craft your stationery artwork, & be in touch with you throughout to incorporate two rounds of refinements for any text or layout adjustments. By the end of the week, your designs will be finalised and ready for print.

For The Statement Collection and The Masterpiece, if you don’t have all the details for your on-the-day stationery just yet, that’s no problem. I’ll create your artwork upfront, then we’ll revisit and finalise those pieces 6-8 weeks before your wedding when all the final details are set.

Need your stationery sooner? Let’s chat - I’ll always do my best to accommodate tighter timelines (please note, a priority service fee may apply).

The sooner, the better! This gives us plenty of time to get you booked in, explore your ideas and ensure your stationery is exactly as you’ve envisioned. My general recommendation is that once you've secured your venue, the next chapter in your wedding story is your stationery.

If you're looking to make your wedding eco friendly, look no further. All of my packaging is fully recyclable and plastic free and I only print on luxury, recycled or FSC certified card (which is fully recyclable). I also offer digital save the dates and invitations if you're really looking to cut the carbon footprint of your big day whilst still having stunning stationery.

All illustrations and artwork are owned by the artist and may be used in marketing materials. 

All bespoke designs will be unique to you so that each piece acts as a special keepsake and unique reminder of your special day.

Due to the custom nature of my wedding stationery, all sales are final and deposits non-refundable. Alex Hinton Design cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in the event of cancellations or date changes.
