I’ll create a mood board and concept sketch to bring your unique vision to life - thoughtfully designed, deeply personal, and a true reflection of your story. Once we’ve refined the direction together, I’ll begin crafting your personality-packed stationery suite.
This is where the real magic happens. I’ll start painting the illustrations for your stationery with thoughtful details, and then designing each piece of stationery, ensuring the entire suite feels like an extension of your love story.
You’ll receive your first draft for review. Two rounds of refinements to text and positioning of artwork are included to make sure everything is just right.
I manage the entire process from concept to delivery. So, once approved, your stationery suite is professionally printed, beautifully packaged, and sent to you, ready to be shared with your guests or displayed on your wedding day - how exciting!
The cost of your bespoke wedding stationery depends on both the design collection you choose and your printing specifications - including quantities, finishes, and materials. Every step, from initial concept to final delivery, is expertly managed for you, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience.

Printing
Printing costs vary depending on the quantities, size, finish and style of your stationery. After our consultation call, I’ll provide a tailored quote, breaking down both design and printing costs to match your vision.

I specialise in creating bespoke wedding stationery that’s as unique as your love story. I mainly offer:
Beyond the essentials, your bespoke suite can also include envelope liners, cocktail hour menus, RSVP cards, details cards, reserved signs, thank you cards, vow books, and guest book covers.

The lead time is usually around 4 weeks from your confirmed slot, following finalisation of your briefing form and 50% deposit.
Creating your perfect stationery is a personal process, so I want to ensure we have the time to bring your vision to life. As I only book 3-4 bespoke suites a month, slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have a tight deadline, get in touch - I’ll always do my best to accommodate your needs (please note that this may incur an additional fee for a priority service).
The sooner, the better! This gives us plenty of time to get you booked in, explore your ideas and ensure your stationery is exactly as you’ve envisioned. My general recommendation is that once you've secured your venue, the next chapter in your wedding story is your stationery.
If you're looking to make your wedding eco friendly, look no further. All of my packaging is fully recycled and plastic free and I only print on luxury, recycled or FSC certified card (which is fully recyclable). I also offer digital save the dates and invitations if you're really looking to cut the carbon footprint of your big day whilst still having stunning stationery.
All illustrations and artwork are owned by the artist and may be used in marketing materials. For anything bespoke, this will be unique to you. This is so that each piece acts as a special keepsake and unique reminder of your special day.
Due to the custom nature of my wedding stationery, all sales are final and deposits non-refundable. Alex Hinton Design cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in the event of cancellations or date changes.
